  • Can I reschedule my locker delivery/pick-up?

    Yes, rescheduling may be done pending the next available date. Schedule availability may be a longer wait during March to May and September to December when there is an increase of travelers during these months. If you wish to do so, please let us know in advance. You will be charged a fee up to $25 for cancellation or last-minute change on the day of your delivery/pickup

  • What if I cancel?

    If you are considering canceling a delivery/retrieval or a subscription, Please review our cancellation policy here. Please read the terms and conditions carefully to understand the implications of canceling and to avoid any unexpected charges.

  • Is my stuff protected?

    Yes. The safety of your stuff is our top priority, so we’ll always handle your locker with extra care. My Travel Locker assumes responsibility for your belongings from the moment of pick-up until delivery is completed. However, it is imperative for customers to ensure that all items are securely packed and labeled correctly. My Travel Locker shall not be liable for damage to items due to inadequate packing or labeling by the customer.

  • What happens if we discover prohibited items in storage?

    Storage of any Prohibited Items may result in additional fees and penalties, including and up to termination of your entire My Travel Locker Storage account. Prohibited Items that we discover will be quarantined and, at our sole discretion, either disposed of or returned to you, at your cost. If you choose to store Fragile Items, please pack your items carefully so that they’re not damaged during transportation or in storage. We recommend padding your items and the inside of our Tote/Bins or boxes with packing materials such as bubble wrap and packing paper.

  • Where do you store my stuff? Tell me about security.

    We use dedicated facilities to store your products. The warehouse is not open to the public and is under 24-hour surveillance

  • Can I go to the warehouse to deliver or pick up my storage?

    My Travel Locker was designed around the idea of delivering things to you. We are not set up or staffed to allow for on-site access.

  • My bin will not shut all the way, will I need another one?

    All storage lockers must be completely flat so that they can be securely sealed and stacked.

  • What items are prohibited?

    All firearms. Anything primarily used as a weapon. Anything illegal, such as drugs, drug paraphernalia, stolen property, and anything else that you can get arrested for possessing. Explosive or combustible, ammunition, explosives, fireworks, and other flammables like gas, oil, kerosene, paint, and lighter fluid. Living Organisms. This includes things like house plants, fruit, meats, cheeses, animals, insects, fungal or bacterial cultures, etc. Anything that may attract insects or vermin as well as all hazardous items, toxic materials, items that produce gas or odors, and items that may increase in size or burst. Anything that has not been adequately prepared or packaged for storage

  • Where can I donate the non-perishable food items I no longer need on this trip?

    Just give us a heads-up before your retrieval and we can collect your bagged items and we will drop off at the local Second Harvest Food Bank in Orange County.

  • Are there delivery fees?

  • What is the Limitation of Liability?

    Services provided by My Travel Locker are offered on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, except as prohibited by law. We limit our liability according to the terms outlined in this policy, with the maximum liability capped at $50.00 or the aggregate limit specified in your chosen protection plan, whichever is greater.

  • What if I have fragile items?

    By adhering to our storage policy and employing proper packing techniques, customers can significantly reduce the risk of damage to fragile items. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all fragile items are appropriately secured and marked before storage. Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in the refusal of storage services or the voiding of any potential liability claims related to the stored items.

  • How much can I store?

    The total weight of each Tote/Bin, excluding the container itself, should not exceed 50 pounds. Adherence to this weight limit is essential to prevent overpacking. An overpacking fee of $5.00 per pound may be applied for Tote/Bins exceeding this limit, or we may opt not to accept the Tote/Bin for transport and storage.

  • Is there a Packing Policy?

    While My Travel Locker takes all necessary precautions to handle your belongings with care, the responsibility for proper packing rests with you, the customer. Adequate packing is essential to prevent damage during the normal course of transit and storage. Please click here for more information.
